Chris has over two decades of experience in various roles, including employee, manager, founder, peer-reviewed author, and consultant. He has worked in the energy sector for 15 years and now serves in the specific roles of Founder at Empowered Synergy Executive Coaching, Coaching Culture Associate with Essential Impact, and sub-council member with Engineering Young Alumni (ENGGYAC). Chris is a Professionally Certified Coach and a Licensed Professional Engineer.

Chris has extensive experience in technical and professional developmental roles, which has allowed him to understand complex issues from multiple perspectives. He is skilled at coaching to support organizational strategies, navigate transitions, and build sustainable and solution-focused leadership behaviour. Chris believes that coaching can help bring out your total leadership capacity. He works with you to identify your core strengths and motivations, tap into your capabilities, and expand your vision for the future. Chris takes an attuned, measured, and connected approach to Mentor Coaching, serving as a thought partner to leverage your existing strengths.

When Chris is not coaching or facilitating, he can be found at the local arena coaching his daughters’ hockey team.
