I am and continue to be honored to be a keynote speaker at the first ever Canadian Women Physicians Fitness Retreat held a couple weeks ago in beautiful Canmore Alberta! The energy of this group was tremendous and electrifying! It was a privilege to deliver a coach approach to goal setting session to such a highly motivated and fun group! Looking forward to next year’s retreat!

The session focused on identifying what is most important to you and barriers getting in your way. The group was then lead through an exercise to visualize a stressful day. During this exercise participants were asked to reflect on what is most important to them and then link to a small step they can take to move forward towards their goal.
