The St.Louis Blues were the last place team on January 2nd 2019. Now they are the Stanley Cup champs. They are the only team since the 1989 Flames to win a cup without a previous cup winner on their roster. From an organizational perspective, The Blues illustrate that there isn’t very much that separates a last place team to a championship team. How is your organization (and competitive realities of the industry) any different than the Blues? What is your competitive advantage and what if you already have it without knowing it or getting the expected results from it? How will you unleash that advantage?
Be curious.
